These terms apply to your use of the Jeremy Falcke Design website. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry, you accept them. They cover the website only. The terms of any design work are set out separately in a written fee proposal before that work begins.

About this site

This website exists to show examples of Jeremy's work and to make it easy to get in touch. It is general information about an architectural design practice, not design, planning, engineering or legal advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own site and circumstances.

Project images and drawings

Every photograph and drawing on this site shows real work by Jeremy Falcke Design. Copyright in the drawings, designs and site content remains with Jeremy Falcke Design unless stated otherwise.

You are welcome to view, share links to, and print pages of this site for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or reuse the drawings, photographs or written content commercially, including using them to promote another business or to have a design built, without written permission.

Projects shown are not a template

Every project shown was designed for a specific client, site and budget. Photographs are included to show range and approach, not a catalogue to choose from. What is achievable on your block depends on the site itself, your local council's requirements and your budget, and can only be established once Jeremy has looked at it.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or commit either party to anything. An initial consultation is obligation-free. Work only begins once a written fee proposal has been provided and accepted.

Please do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. Personal information you do send is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable care is taken to keep this site accurate and up to date, but no guarantee is given that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. Content may change without notice.
