Jeremy's been designing homes for over 35 years, starting out overseas before settling in Perth and building his practice here. He's picked up a lot along the way, but the biggest lesson stuck early: nobody wants a home that looks like it came off a shelf.
Every job starts with a proper conversation, not a stack of pre-drawn plans. Jeremy wants to know how you actually use your home, what's bugging you about your current place, and what you've got to work with budget-wise. Renovation, extension or new build, the design gets shaped around your block and your life.
You also won't get handballed between different people as the job moves along. Jeremy handles it himself, from the first sketch right through to council approval and the construction drawings. One person who actually knows your project, the whole way through.
It's a more personal way of doing things, and it shows in the finished home. Perth's got plenty of good streets full of same-same houses. Jeremy's clients tend to end up with something that actually looks like them.
How It Works

Conversation
A sit-down about what you want, a walk over the block, and an honest talk about budget before anything gets drawn.

Concept
Rough sketches and floor plans to test how the home might work. Cheap to change at this stage, so this is where you speak up.

Development
Proper drawings, the council submission, and the energy compliance paperwork. Jeremy lodges it and follows it up.

Delivery
The drawings your builder actually works from, plus Jeremy on the end of the phone when questions come up on site.
